WHICH VILLA IS BEST FOR US?

It will depend on how many people are in your group. Our staff will explain the merits of each villa. Have a think about your budget and what you’d like to do during your holiday and we will match you to the best villa available. The more information you can give us, the better we can search for you.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Get in touch with us via our contact page. The more information you can give us the easier it will be to help you choose the right villa. Remember to include: dates, the villa you are interested in, budget, number of people and anything else that you think might help us. Once we have confirmed everything, we will need a 50% deposit to reserve the villa for you. Your booking is not secured until we receive the deposit.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY VILLA RENTAL?

It really does get super busy so book as far in advance as you can so you have more chance of getting the dates and villa you want.

WHAT ABOUT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS?

We prefer advance bookings but we will always try and accommodate last minute bookings. You never know your luck so give us a call or email us and we will try our best to find you the perfect villa in Ibiza.

HOW DO I PAY?

Once we’ve figured out the details of your booking you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your villa. The deposit can only be paid via bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE VILLA RENTAL?

This does vary depending on the villa, so make sure to read the booking email we send to you thoroughly and feel free to ask us any questions (no detail is too small) before booking so we can reassure you.

Each rental includes:

  •   All utilities, including internet, gardening & pool maintenance
  •   Dedicated check in and check out with our team
  •   Complimentary drinks and snacks, on arrival at the villa
  •   Towels
  •   Various housekeeping services – NOTE. These vary depending on the villa

This is very general information and varies from villa to villa. Be assured that at Smart Living Ibiza there are no hidden costs and we will make sure you know all the costs involved on making the booking.

WHAT TYPE OF GROUP CAN BOOK A VILLA?

This really depends on the villa. Some villas are unsuitable for small children due to the actual situation of the villa (cliff edges etc.), some are only available to family groups, and some are designed to host parties. Be assured that we visit every villa and know the owners personally, so can explain all these details to you during your selection process.

WHAT ARE THE ‘CHECK IN / CHECK OUT’ TIMES?

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the property will be available from 4pm on the Rent Commencement Date and must be vacated by 11am on the Departure Date.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

All properties require a refundable security deposit, the amount varies between villas. This must be paid by bank transfer 10 working days before the Rent Commencement Date. On departure, the property is checked and any problems highlighted. The deposit is returned within 20 days of the Departure Date, subject to any deductions.

CAN WE MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS OR GET EXTRA HOUSEKEEPING / CATERING / OTHER CONCIERGE SERVICES?

Absolutely, talk to us about what you’d like and we’ll help you with any requests. All our staff are full time Ibiza residents and can organise any extra services you may require. No request is impossible!
